Yuri spent a decade behind the bar at one of Amsterdam's most respected sour-beer specialists before it closed during the pandemic. He's currently working toward reopening his own place, but in the meantime he's sharing the insider knowledge most visitors never get access to — which breweries are actually worth the tram ride, and which "local favorite" bars are really just tourist traps with good lighting.
